Change Management in Practice: Lessons from Real Organizational Journeys

Join us on 29 January 2026 in Kraków for the next edition of Change Connect - a gathering for professionals driving transformation in their organizations: project managers, change managers, HR specialists, transformation leaders, and anyone involved in shaping meaningful organizational change.

This year’s meeting focuses on real stories from the field—practical, experience-based insights into how organizations successfully plan, execute, and sustain change. Our speakers will share concrete examples, challenges, and lessons learned from transformations they have led or supported:

• Krzysztof S. Ogonowski, CEO of Silfra Consulting and an experienced Change Management expert, will present some of the most compelling cases of effective OCM implementation and explain what truly makes change stick.
  
  
• Konrad Kowal from Woodward will discuss how the company is formalizing Organizational Change Management practices by establishing a dedicated OCM Community of Practice.
  
• Anna Kudła will share her experience of implementing change in an Agile environment and explain how the right change management methodology can support such projects.
