Measuring people success to achieve project success. How to put KPIs on tangible human factors in change.

5 August 2024 | News

"If you can't measure it, you can't manage it." This famous saying by Peter Drucker perfectly applies to the world of change management. Every project that involves change comes with deadlines and Key Milestones (KM).

Within these timeframes, the people affected by the change must achieve readiness to work according to new requirements. During our next Community of Practice for Change Managers we will talk about following questions:

  • How do you define people's readiness for change and how can you recognize it?
  • How can you enhance this readiness and know when it has reached the required target level?
  • How do you ensure that people understand why changes are being implemented and feel the same urgency as the management does?
  • How do you recognize that people are motivated and willing to change?
  • Finally, what indicators can you use to verify that people have reached the required level of new competencies?
  • How can you ensure that the new level of efficiency is maintained post-implementation?
  • And how can you effectively exchange information between the project team, sponsors, and the rest of the organization?

Join us on-line (ZOOM) on 17th of September at 15.00 to exchange experience, challenges and answers among Prosci alumni and those interested in joining the club.

We will finish by 16.00 formal part.
